Week Night Crop Time

Who misses week night crops because almost all the local scrapbook store have gone out of business?

I know I do.  :(

I am opening my house to those that want to crop!  I will have a scraping session that can accommodate up to 4 scrappers with big tables.  You bring your items you want to scrap and and I provide the space.  I will also provide a small make and take, a pre-cut, unassembled two Page Layout and Pizza.  The cost is $10 or free if you make a $20 or larger purchase.

The crop night will be available the third Thursday of the month stating September 18, 2014. and will run from 5 pm to 10 pm

In October the Layout theme will be a Halloween Layout using Scaredy Cat.

If orders from the Crop exceed $150 I will pull a name for the $25 Hostess Rewards. 

I can also have these Crop Nights at other peoples homes.  The hostess will receive a special gift.

There will be NO pressure to purchase items and the only selling I will do is introducing the items I used to create the make and take.  It is simply a place to come and try to get some scrapping done once a month.

I would love to fill up my house every month and maybe have a 'road show' at one of your homes!

Introduction

I have been challenged to start a blog.  I have tried this before and did not keep up.  This time I am committed and plan on having a Virtual Club.

First let me introduce myself.

Renee Keech, I work full time as an Electrical Engineer at one of the Big 3. I have 3 children - Austin (10), Sean(8) and Caitlyn (4) and a loving supportive Hubby, Bill. I live in Sterling Heights, Michigan. I enjoy scrapbooking and met my upline, Barbra Otten the Novi Mega Meet.   I was originally just a 'kit'naper.  In other works, take the product and never do a thing again.  However, I went to a Consultant 'camp' and was inspired to give this occupation a try.  At least try to supplement my scrapbook habit.

Since most of the scrapbook stores have not been able to sustain the economy I would like to offer crops and monthly clubs where the displaced scrappers can meet and scrap layouts or have card workshops.

I am also going to try and create a virtual club where I will make 1 or 2 two page layouts.  The buyer will purchase the supplies online and I will send the instructions in a sketch so you can recreate it at home.  Most monthly kit clubs will give you LOTS of product and zero direction.  If you are like me I need a starting point I might deviate a little but want gorgeous layouts that do not take forever to design and create.

I will be using Close to My Heart products.  Most Layouts will require a paperpack and a package of coordinating embellishments. Look for the first layout the first week of August.
